Job Summary:
The Services rendered by the Technical Lead will cover the following activities
- Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope by clarifying goals, deliverables and timelines with stakeholders; Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, manage risk and ensure quality standards are met.
- Technical Leadership: Act as the bridge between technical and non technical teams, translating requirements; Provide technical guidance, support decisions and select appropriate tools and technologies.
- Required Technology: Cloud Based SAAS solution, data integration with enterprise platform on Java tech stack would be preferred.
- Architecture Design: Review and validate the solution proposal to ensure scalable and secure application architectures.
- Code review: Ensure Toyota best practices and maintain code quality through regular reviews.
- Mentorship: Coach team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document business requirements and work with cross-functional teams(BU and development) for seamless execution.
- Problem Solving: Identify and solve technical problems efficiently.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Delivery and Post Project Support: Oversee project delivery to meet requirements and provide post-delivery support.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage scope changes; Ensure project remains aligned with business goals through proactive risk management.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with testing teams to develop test plans, scenarios and scripts. Participate in testing activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with policies, legal requirements and regulations; Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories and ensure all artefacts are accessible and up to date.
- Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Adapting to changing requirements and priorities quickly; Manage multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic environments.
- Stay Updated: Keep current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent exposure in client facing/lead positions. Automotive domain
- Experience in Support/Implementing Business Applications.
- Experience and exposure to convert business use cases to IT roadmap items.
- Experience in Escalation and Coordination on project issues.
- Exposure to cloud based SAAS solution, data integration with enterprise platform on Java tech stack would be preferred, Middleware, OS and Project Implementations.
- PM having exposure to PLM activities.
