Key Responsibilities
- Share subject matter expertise as an AI trainer, offering insight into real-life production floor supervision.
- Analyze and evaluate AI-generated content related to manufacturing operations, ensuring it reflects real-world best practices.
- Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to refine AI interactions focused on industrial workflows, shift supervision, and team coordination.
- Provide feedback on training content covering safety protocols, operational efficiency, and team communication in production settings.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of production trends, machine operation standards, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing calibration and training sessions to improve AI model performance in the context of manufacturing and operations.
- Communicate in a clear, structured, and professional manner—both written and verbal—with a strong emphasis on accuracy and clarity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, Plant Supervisor, or similar leadership role in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Solid understanding of production processes, equipment operation, workforce management, and safety compliance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to critique and refine operational dialogues, safety instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Comfortable working remotely on a flexible, part-time schedule.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work across diverse functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a subject matter expert (SME) in AI training, language model evaluation, or digital workflow tools.
- Background in writing or contributing to training manuals, SOPs, or technical content in a production environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or quality control systems.
- Demonstrated success in adapting production strategies or workforce management in response to technology adoption or automation.
