You will play an essential role in evaluating, analyzing, and enhancing electro-mechanical systems while collaborating in a dynamic, remote, and technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and troubleshoot electro-mechanical and mechatronic components, providing detailed technical feedback.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support AI systems modeling and data annotation.
  • Document system behaviors, performance findings, and test results with accuracy and clarity.
  • Apply industry standards and best practices to support the training of next-generation AI technologies.
  • Deliver insights on system optimization to improve AI learning efficiency.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly in both written reports and verbal discussions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of data quality for AI applications involving electro-mechanical systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems, robotics, or mechatronic platforms.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system integration.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting as well as within a collaborative, distributed team.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting AI or automation projects, especially in data labeling or technical feedback roles.
  • Familiarity with scripting, control systems programming, or industrial software tools.
  • Previous involvement in remote, cross-functional technical teams.
