Key Responsibilities:

  • Simulate outbound sales interactions with prospective customers, providing high-quality examples to train and evaluate AI models.
  • Demonstrate effective rapport-building techniques, handling objections and inquiries with strong active listening and persuasive communication for AI learning purposes.
  • Generate and structure realistic interaction data, accurately documenting conversations and outcomes to support model training.
  • Contribute to the creation and evaluation of outreach scripts, prompts, and messaging frameworks used in AI-driven sales scenarios.
  • Analyze AI-generated responses, providing detailed feedback to improve conversion strategies, tone, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, product, and data) to refine outreach techniques and enhance model performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven telemarketing experience, ideally in a remote capacity.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
  • Advanced active listening and interpersonal abilities to quickly understand customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record-keeping and follow-up.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and digital communication tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with B2B or high-value B2C telemarketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and workflow optimization.
