Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the successful delivery of enterprise-scale technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, project leadership capabilities, and stakeholder management skills. This role requires working closely with business and technical teams to design, implement, and support scalable solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Delivery:

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Technical Leadership:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
  • Provide technical direction and support key technology decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Solution Architecture & Design:

  • Review, validate, and guide solution architecture to ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
  • Support the design and implementation of cloud-based SaaS solutions and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience with Java-based technology stacks and enterprise application integration is highly preferred.

Code Quality & Governance:

  • Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to organizational development standards and best practices.
  • Promote high-quality software engineering practices, including documentation, testing, and continuous improvement.

Team Mentorship:

  • Mentor and guide development teams to enhance technical capabilities and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and continuous learning across the team.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business units and technology teams.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering, analysis, and solution discussions to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Risk, Issue & Change Management:

  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively and develop mitigation plans.
  • Manage scope changes effectively while maintaining alignment with project goals and timelines.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Collaborate with testing teams to define test strategies, scenarios, and validation plans.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet functional, performance, and quality requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

Documentation & Knowledge Management:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, technical specifications, and knowledge repositories.
  • Ensure all project artifacts remain current, accessible, and aligned with organizational standards.

Post-Implementation Support:

  • Oversee project handover and provide support during post-deployment stabilization phases.
  • Ensure smooth transition to support and operations teams.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Adapt effectively to evolving business priorities and dynamic project environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8–11 years of experience in software development, technical leadership, or solution delivery roles.
  • Strong experience in enterprise application development and system integration.
  • Hands-on exposure to cloud-based SaaS platforms and enterprise integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Java-based technology ecosystems.
  • Experience in solution architecture review, technical design, and project delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working within Agile and/or hybrid project delivery models is preferred.
