Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design robust, scalable solutions across the full stack, focusing on AI agent development initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and refine AI models by applying best practices and deep technical insight.
- Write, review, and optimize code, ensuring quality, maintainability, and alignment with project goals.
- Guide the team in implementing design patterns and architectural best practices for both frontend and backend systems.
- Document architectural decisions and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment that prioritizes clear written and verbal communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise in any coding language (React, Node.js, JAVA, JavaScript, PHP, Wordpress, etc.)
- Demonstrated hands-on coding experience, with a strong architectural mindset.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clarity and detail.
- Experience working on AI or machine learning projects, especially in training AI models.
- Adept at working independently in a remote team setting as well as collaboratively across disciplines.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and frameworks as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a technical architect on AI-driven projects.
- Strong background in contributing to or leading complex, distributed systems.
- Demonstrated success in training or mentoring teams in advanced technology areas.
