Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with AI developers to provide clinical insights and validate pediatric healthcare data.
- Review, annotate, and enrich pediatric medical cases, records, and protocols for machine learning purposes.
- Utilize your expertise to identify and correct potential errors or biases in AI-generated outputs.
- Support the creation of clinical guidelines and educational content for AI model enhancement.
- Offer detailed feedback to improve the AI's ability to diagnose, treat, and advise on pediatric conditions and preventive care.
- Participate in virtual workshops and brainstorming sessions to optimize AI training methodologies.
- Act as a clinical liaison, helping bridge pediatric medicine and technology development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician (MD or DO) with current licensure.
- Comprehensive experience diagnosing, treating, and managing pediatric patients across various settings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for detail and clarity.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and integrating new technologies into care delivery.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and familiarity with digital health tools.
- Ability to review, annotate, and synthesize complex clinical information for a technical audience.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-disciplinary team.
