Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with project managers, AI trainers, and developers to optimize data quality for model training.
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in training materials and propose improvements.
- Translate complex safety scenarios into structured, actionable information for AI consumption.
- Stay updated on latest occupational health and safety trends and integrate relevant changes into training materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong background in occupational health and safety with in-depth knowledge of regulations and compliance standards.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking for reviewing and curating technical materials.
- Proficiency in interpreting safety data, policies, and incident documentation.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, ideally in a remote environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous learning.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable working with digital collaboration and documentation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or technology-focused projects.
