Job Summary:
We are engaging GitHub Specialists to support a project focused on completing and documenting real-world workflows within GitHub. In this role, you’ll use your hands-on GitHub experience to complete realistic workflows and contribute high-quality interaction data that supports the development of next-generation AI systems.
Scope of Work:
- Complete assigned workflows and tasks within GitHub using your practical software development and version control experience.
- Navigate GitHub features related to repositories, branches, commits, pull requests, issues, and collaboration.
- Create, edit, review, and manage repositories and common GitHub workflows based on provided instructions.
- Use Git and GitHub to complete common version control tasks such as branching, merging, commits, and pull requests.
- Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.
- Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows.
- Document workflow steps and clearly explain the GitHub tools, features, and actions used.
- Review task outputs for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines.
- Follow project instructions and quality standards while working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience using GitHub in professional, project-based, or open-source environments.
- Prior Human Data experience, such as data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or similar work.
- Current access to GitHub and ability to use the platform independently.
- Comfortable recording and sharing your screen while completing GitHub workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly explain technical workflows.
