Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject-matter expertise in domestic violence and trauma-informed care to support the training and evaluation of AI systems.
  • Review and analyze clinical scenarios involving survivors of domestic violence to ensure psychological accuracy and sensitivity in AI training datasets.
  • Contribute insights on risk assessment, safety planning, and crisis intervention to improve AI understanding of survivor support strategies.
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses related to trauma and domestic violence, providing expert feedback to enhance empathy, accuracy, and ethical alignment.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers and interdisciplinary teams to refine prompts, training materials, and model outputs.
  • Translate clinical knowledge into structured training content and case examples for AI learning modules.
  • Ensure AI outputs reflect trauma-informed principles, ethical standards, and survivor-centered practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology or a closely related discipline.
  • Licensed Psychologist with specialized experience in domestic violence cases.
  • Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
  • Proficient in risk assessment and safety planning methodologies.
  • Exceptional empathetic communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong clinical documentation and analytical abilities.
