Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, create, and annotate health-related datasets, ensuring accuracy and relevancy for AI training purposes.
  • Deliver clear and insightful feedback on AI model performance from a health worker perspective.
  • Document community health workflows, case studies, and best practices to inform model improvements.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Apply current knowledge of public health issues, patient care, and community resources to inform AI solutions.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with advancements in community health and digital health technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certified Community Health Worker or equivalent hands-on experience in community or public health settings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for sharing knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail in documentation and data review.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, innovation, or digital health initiatives.
  • Proficient organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work with cross-disciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
