Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document comprehensive safety procedures for workers operating chemical equipment or conducting reactions, ensuring robust adherence to regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot and provide expert guidance on resolving challenges in chemical manufacturing processes by training AI models with practical scenarios.
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret experimental and process data to refine AI understanding and outputs.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements for chemical equipment and processes to optimize performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Design, plan, and review equipment layouts for efficiency, safety, and scalability, incorporating feedback into AI training datasets.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance communication between human experts and AI systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes by identifying gaps in AI knowledge and providing targeted training materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Strong foundation in chemical process engineering, including safety standards and data analysis.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing chemical manufacturing systems.
- Demonstrated experience in developing or applying safety protocols in chemical environments.
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning.
- Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative setting using digital communication tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in AI model training, machine learning, or related data-driven initiatives.
