Job Description:
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, and providing technical information and explanations.
- Identifying marketing opportunities and developing sales leads.
- Assessing potential clients' IT needs and recommending products.
- Preparing and delivering sales pitches.
- Negotiating sales and service renewal contracts.
- Understand prospective business' needs, and offer solutions and support with the goal to convert them into opportunities.
- Closing sales and working with prospects through the closing process.
- In-depth understanding of IT services sales/custom software development sales.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers worldwide
- Persuasive and target-oriented.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Knowledge of end-to-end sales process
- 10-25 years experience in software sales/ Inside Sales; IT services sales experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- Experience selling to enterprise-level customers is a plus.
- AI/ML/Digital Transformation solution sales experience is an added advantage.
