 Job Description:

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, and providing technical information and explanations.
  • Identifying marketing opportunities and developing sales leads.
  • Assessing potential clients' IT needs and recommending products.
  • Preparing and delivering sales pitches.
  • Negotiating sales and service renewal contracts.
  • Understand prospective business' needs, and offering solutions and support with the goal to convert them into opportunities. 
  • Closing sales and working with prospects through the closing process.
  • In-depth understanding of IT services sales/custom software development sales.

 Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers worldwide
  • Persuasive and target-oriented.
  •  Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end sales process.
  • 5-15 years experience in software sales/ Inside Sales; IT services sales experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills. 
  • The Candidate with selling experience to Enterprise level customers would be preferred.
  • AI/ML/Digital Transformation solution sales experience would be an added advantage.
  • Should be a Contributor to team effort by accomplishing achieving timely targets.
