Job Overview
AquSag Technologies is hiring Video Annotation Quality Specialists to support the quality assurance of a large-scale AI video annotation program.
As a Quality Specialist, you will review completed annotation tasks, verify that project guidelines have been followed correctly, identify quality issues, and provide clear feedback to help maintain consistent annotation standards across the program.
This is not a software testing role. We're looking for candidates who understand annotation workflows and can accurately evaluate video segmentation, action descriptions, and AI-assisted caption validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Review completed video annotation tasks against project guidelines.
- Verify timestamp accuracy and ensure action boundaries have been segmented correctly.
- Review action descriptions and AI-assisted captions for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
- Identify quality issues and document clear, actionable feedback for annotators.
- Participate in regular calibration exercises to maintain consistent review standards across the QA team.
- Escalate recurring quality trends or guideline ambiguities to the management team.
- Help improve overall annotation quality by identifying common mistakes and recommending corrective actions.
- Maintain confidentiality while working on client data and internal processes.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience working on video annotation, AI data annotation, multimodal annotation, content review, or a similar quality-focused role.
- Excellent written English.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to interpret and consistently apply detailed annotation guidelines.
- Comfortable working independently while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
- Good communication skills and the ability to provide constructive written feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience reviewing or auditing annotation work.
- Experience working with AI-assisted annotation platforms.
- Experience on Vision-Language, Vision-Language-Action (VLA), robotics, autonomous systems, or other multimodal AI datasets.
- Experience participating in quality calibration or reviewer consistency exercises.
