Job Overview
AquSag Technologies is looking for experienced Operations Managers to lead large-scale AI data annotation programs. You will be responsible for overall delivery, workforce planning, client communication, quality performance, and ensuring program milestones are achieved on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of large annotation programs.
- Manage delivery managers and quality teams.
- Monitor productivity, quality, staffing and program health.
- Plan resource allocation to meet client requirements.
- Lead client meetings, reporting and operational reviews.
- Resolve delivery risks and operational escalations.
- Drive continuous improvement across people, processes and quality.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing large operations or delivery programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of quality, productivity and operational reporting.
- Ability to lead distributed teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing AI data annotation, trust & safety, content operations or outsourced delivery programs.
- Experience working with enterprise clients.
