Job Summary:
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required, your CAD domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work:
- Provide expert feedback on manufacturing processes and techniques, drawing on hands-on CAD experience (CAM and CNC workflows especially welcome).
- Review, assess, and refine AI-generated content and recommendations relevant to manufacturing workflows.
- Develop and validate detailed rubrics for evaluating manufacturing process accuracy and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with any CAD platform (e.g. Fusion 360, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Onshape, Inventor, CATIA, Creo).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Autodesk tools, particularly Fusion 360 or AutoCAD.
- Background in CAM, CNC machining, or digital manufacturing workflows.
- Python proficiency, a significant plus for this role.
- Familiarity with AI tools (LLMs, generative design, AI-assisted workflows) and comfort evaluating AI output.
- Experience developing or applying process evaluation rubrics.
